Founded in 2006 by Kathryn Minard and Waddington’s, Curator Asset Management Inc. provides the following professional appraisal and collection management services:
Curator Asset Management specializes in appraisal reports for insurance coverage, damage and loss claims, charitable or cultural property donation, estate planning and division of assets, determination of probate fees or capital gains tax, bankruptcy and divorce or partnership dissolution. All reports are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation.
Clients include private collectors, insurance companies, corporations, financial institutions, registered charities and law firms as well as government agencies, crown corporations, public museums and galleries including:
